Is a Preapproval Letter Good Enough?
You may havel heard it is important
to have a mortgage preapproval letter
before making an offer on real estate.
It is true (especially in our Puget
Sound area real estate market) that
a serious buyer should already have
a solid financing plan approved before
attempting to make an offer on a house.
Unfortunately, there are some lenders
issuing invalid or worthless preapproval
